Brevo — Transactional email
Connect Brevo to send emails directly from the CRM. Free tier: 300 emails/day. Get your API key at app.brevo.com → Settings → API Keys. Verify dragonopen.nl under Senders & Domains (only a TXT/DKIM record needed — no MX required).
Early bird deadline — current event
Entry fees come from Sportdata and are set when you import the entry payments CSV. They cannot be edited here. This deadline only controls which email sequence a registration receives. Every change is written to the activity log.

Manage events across editions. Each edition has its own teams and data. Editing an event shows an impact warning before saving.
